1. What data is collected
The form collects your name, email, company (optional), role profile, subject, message and confirmation of awareness of this notice. The record also includes the submission date and a reference for identifying the request.
When accessing the client area via Manus login, we receive the authentication identifier, name and e‑mail provided by the provider. The database retains the profile, access dates, authorization role and records of licenses, devices and administrative actions associated with the account.
Do not send passwords, personal documents, financial data, sensitive data, or confidential project information in the message field.
2. How data is used
The data is intended for analysis of your expression of interest, question, partnership proposal or privacy request by the project team. Submitting does not create an account in the software, a license agreement or a service subscription.
Account data allows authenticating access, restricting information to the owner, administering license records and investigating failures or changes. Payment operations in this phase are testing, restricted to administration, with no commercial CAD contracting.
3. Storage and access
Messages are stored in the site's database. Access is performed by the server; records are not publicly available. Infrastructure services used to host the site may process technical information necessary for operation and protection of the service.
Authentication uses Manus and test billing uses Stripe. The site records customer, subscription and event identifiers required for processing; financial details are queried in Stripe. Card numbers and security codes are not stored in the site's database. Use only test data in testing/test environment flows.
Information will be kept only for the time necessary for the purpose of contact and applicable obligations. You may request deletion via the channel below.
4. Technical logs and cookies
The site does not implement behavioral advertising. Hosting may retain technical access logs. The form uses temporary rate controls to reduce abuse. Any technical mechanisms of the hosting platform do not constitute subscription to commercial communications.
Login uses technical session and authentication-protection cookies. The preview may use browser session storage to carry credentials when third-party cookies are blocked. Signing out clears cached private data and that local credential.
A technical cookie stores the language preference for up to one year to keep navigation after login. It does not contain payment data and does not grant account access. The language version is also identified by the page URL.
5. Requests about your data
To request information, correction or deletion, use the form with the subject “Privacy and data”. Provide the email used in the original contact and, if available, the message reference. The team may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests that involve personal data.

The hybrid architecture chosen for the product foresees local CAD and geometry, with AI interpretation and cloud orchestration via controlled APIs. Limiting the sending of confidential data and offering corporate privacy options are development goals, not guarantees implemented on this site.
The current application does not capture voice, does not import CAD files and does not send projects to run AI operations. The contact form accepts only the fields described in this notice; do not use the message to share confidential projects. Providers, transmitted data, retention and controls of future integrations must be defined and communicated before use.
6. Changes to this notice
Unit CAD is the chosen brand for the project, not a statement of registration. This notice describes the current application and should accompany the definition of the legal entity responsible, official channels and future features before any commercial operation of the software. Relevant changes will be presented on this page.
