Unit CAD is the chosen brand for a universal parametric multidisciplinary CAD, with an existing base reported and HVAC as the first planned specialization. The choice does not constitute a statement of trademark registration. The site is informational, accepts contacts and provides a client area and administrative preparation tools. There is no commercial sale of licenses, hiring of the software or provision of an editor.
2. Features and availability
The team reports an existing CAD base with parametric solids, operation tree, surfaces, sheet metal, flat patterns, DXF export and assemblies. Advanced relations and 2D detailing are improving. The site does not constitute a code audit or public availability of these features. Unit AI, Engineering Core and multidisciplinary integrations are planned; ERP and computational tests remain planned expansions. There is no public installer, release date or final commercial terms announced.
Planned architecture and conditions
The proposal combines local CAD with optional cloud AI assistance. Integrations and features require validation. Roadmap phases describe planned development, not contractual deadlines.
The base CAD license may be perpetual or subscription-based; its type has not yet been defined. AI and AI Pro are proposed optional add-ons, and Enterprise is the corporate proposal. AI does not replace the CAD license. Conventional use will not consume Units. Prices, allowances and commercial rules require approval; this website does not sell or consume Units.
3. Images and interactive demo
Gallery images are conceptual and AI‑generated. The 3D viewer is an illustrative, standalone experience created for this site. These materials do not demonstrate product functionality and must not be used as technical drawings, production files, engineering calculations or validation for manufacturing.
4. Contact form
When sending a message, provide correct and relevant information about the subject. Do not submit illegal content, sensitive data, spam or materials you are not authorized to share. Logging the message does not guarantee a response within a set timeframe, early access or a commercial commitment.
5. Account and testing environment
License records and test payments are only to validate the portal structure. A license reference is not a CAD activation key. Test values do not represent commercial prices; no registration guarantees delivery, timing, special terms or early access. Only authorized administrators can start testing checkout, without using a real card.
6. Responsible use
Do not attempt to disrupt site operation, obtain third‑party data, bypass security controls or automate abusive submissions. Content may be updated during project development.
