UNIT AI / ENGINEERING COPILOT

Your intent, organized.
Your engineering, under control.

Unit AI is the planned voice and text interface to command Unit CAD internal tools by API, not just explain how to use them. The engineer defines requirements, reviews previews and approves each critical step.

Integrations planned
INTERPRET IS NOT VALIDATE

AI coordinates.
The engines compute.

The copilot should identify ambiguities, request missing data and present a plan and preview before executing. Calculations, selections, standards and critical rules belong to deterministic engines, with traceability and engineer approval.

Operations will be requested via the internal API, validated by the software and recorded in reversible history. No direct AI action on CAD files is planned.

INTERACTIVE CONCEPT DEMONSTRATION

From instruction to approval.

Choose a scenario and explore its steps. This experience shows a product intent, not a CAD execution.

Flow simulation — does not run calculations or commands in the software

SAMPLE COMMAND · NOT SENT
Unit, generate the manufacturing documentation for that assembly, with front, top and side views, required sections, functional dimensions and a bill of materials.

Pre-defined content to explore the flow. No microphone, no AI connected and no generated results.

NINE PLANNED CAPABILITIES

More than a conversation.
A workflow.

01 /

Voice modelling

Create parts and geometric features from spoken instructions, via the internal API.

02 /

Smart editing

Change dimensions and rebuild dependencies with preview of changes.

03 /

AI-driven assemblies

Insert, position and relate components under review.

04 /

Automated detailing

Prepare views, sections, dimensions and sheets for review before issuance.

05 /

Diagnostics

Request interference and assembly issue checks.

06 /

Engineering assistant

Interpret requirements and trigger deterministic calculation engines.

07 /

Comparison of solutions

Present technical, dimensional and economic alternatives with traceable assumptions.

08 /

Documentation

Prepare bills of materials, reports and manufacturing files.

09 /

Conversational engineering

Refine the same project in stages, preserving context and reversible history.

MVP PRIORITY / 2D DETAILING

The drawing arrives
to manufacturing.

See priorities and dependencies

The initial differentiator is preparing manufacturing drawings from the parametric model: orthographic and isometric views, sections, enlarged details, functional dimensions, tolerances, welding symbols, component identification, BOM and sheet formats.

The engine must apply deterministic projection and dimensioning rules and selected standards. The AI interprets intent; technical review and approval before issuance remain indispensable. Existing 2D detailing is a priority for improvement, not a complete professional delivery already in the testing/test environment.

Commercial testing pending

This site does not execute engineering commands, calculations or integrations. Commercial operation depends on product development and validation.
